It has been reported that some lenders have produced documents that have procedural errors. The impression is that some of the document specialists, not notary publics, have been “robo-signing” documents without reviewing them.
 
Yes, it’s true!  People may be homeless because a so-called “specialist” was too indolent to read what the bankers prepared.
