Bill to Help Families Save Their Homes

The objectives of the Obama administration’s view on foreclosure are to motivate more approvals for loan modifications, financing and home loans. The administration wants to encourage lenders to approve loans that do not exceed a third of the borrower’s paycheck.
Although results have not been dramatically encouraging for borrowers, it has been somewhat helpful.
