Law Firms Hired for Speed, Not Accuracy or Experience

According to this link at, law firms associated with Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae had hired  attorneys based on how quickly they could foreclose on people. Many of the attorneys used had graduated from law school less than three years earlier.
The article actually states that Fannie Mae knew that at least one of these firms was more interested in speedy foreclosures than in analyzing legal data. That would explain the abundance of illegal practices in the foreclosure field these days.
