Thomas P. Dore – MD Attorney Under Attack in Foreclosures

Posted on January 27, 2011

Thomas P. Dore, a Maryland attorney, submitted documents to the court in foreclosure cases where a notary did not see him sign the document, as they should have done. An article in The Maryland Daily Record states that “eighteen current and former notaries” have pled the Fifth Amendment against self-incrimination related to this issue.

The notaries were dismissed from court by the judge without any mention of criminal penalties, which usually apply when a notary has falsified a document.

Bottom line, check your foreclosure documents for attorney Thomas P. Dore’s name. There might be grounds for a dismissal.

Call Christine Axsmith, Esq. to see if your case can be dismissed.
