How Banks Will Prevent Being Sued to Death

Talks are being held in the next few days whereby major U.S. Banks will set up a find to pay for illegal foreclosures, keeping them out of court and away from large jury settlements.

If the banks didn’t agree to do this, “too big to fail” would be failing after all.

The agreement will effect homeowners by allowing them to apply for damages instead of suing. The potential agreement is in the draft stages right now, but keep your eyes open for more information once the agreement is finalized.
